Who builds it and who it serves.

What it is

Flow is a social media content management platform. It covers the entire path of a post: planning by the team, design and video production, client approval, and automatic publishing to the networks.

Who uses it

Flow is used by two groups with different needs, and the platform is designed for both:

• The agency team — social media managers, designers and video editors, each with a view suited to their work.
• The clients being served — who access their own area to follow the plan, approve posts and request changes, and who connect their own social media accounts.

Who builds it

Flow is developed and operated by IGM Agência, a digital marketing agency based in Araçatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The platform grew out of the agency's own social media client operation.

Privacy and data

We store only what is needed to operate: the content the team produces, the tracking data of the posts, and the access tokens of the accounts each holder connected. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties. Details in our Privacy Policy.
